A small senior team, amplified by AI.
A deliberately small, senior team — a technical and commercial founding pair, a few specialists in design and customer success, and an AI agent workforce that handles the heavy lifting in coding, testing, QA, and operations. Mature product, senior people, high leverage. Based in Skopje.
Who runs Vendor day-to-day.
Dejan Milosavleski
Co-founder, CTO
Leads everything technical — software architecture, the platform (order pipeline, payments, SDK), and the operations definitions and automation. He owns the AI engineering systems — coding, testing, and ops agents — that let a small senior team build and run at the scale of a much larger one.
Boban Milosavleski
Co-founder, CEO
Runs the commercial side of the business end to end — sales and revenue, marketing and brand, finance, and day-to-day operations. He owns customer and partner relationships, pricing and commercial strategy, and the partner ecosystem, turning a mature product into a growing, durable business.
A small, senior, AI-leveraged team.
We scaled up to build — over twenty people in 2022 — then deliberately right-sized as the platform matured: a focused core plus partners by 2024, and today a compact group of senior people working alongside an AI agent workforce. Fewer people, more leverage, a finished platform to run.
How the team works.
Leverage over headcount
We keep the team small and senior, and let AI agents do the repetitive build, test, and ops work. Humans own architecture, judgment, and the customer — the things that don't compress.
Async by default
Decisions happen in writing. Meetings exist when async would lose nuance — and they're capped at 30 minutes.
Outcomes over output
We don't track velocity. We track whether the metric we said we'd move actually moved.
Read before you ask
Codebase, dependencies, postmortems. Ask after you've looked — and so do our agents.
Trust + verify
Default to trust, including in what the agents ship. But everything carries telemetry that proves the system is doing what we said it would.
