A note from the founders.
Vendor is a privately held, founder-led company built in Skopje, North Macedonia. The company was initially financed through more than €200,000 of founder capital, followed by co-financed support from the Fund for Innovation and Technological Development (FITR) to accelerate research and development.
During the pre-seed stage, the business received €30,000 in family-backed capital from Bozin and Toni Milosavleski, provided without any equity participation. In addition, Vendor secured a €60,000 convertible investment from a group of 6 angel investors, mostly from Zephyr Angels.
We believe in building a sustainable business with strong fundamentals, disciplined growth, and durable unit economics. While we remain open to strategic investment opportunities, Vendor is expected to stay founder-led for the foreseeable future.
This page provides existing and prospective investors with a transparent view of our business, governance, growth, and long-term direction.
