Finance asks one question: how much do we owe?

Without a ledger the answer is a guess. With one, it is a report. Marketing needs the same data cut differently: who are the best members, which offers worked, who is about to lose points.

Points over timeEarned, redeemed, expired, adjusted and net points by day, week or month, for up to two years.
Tier distribution and liabilityMembers and outstanding points per tier, and the programme total.
Points about to expireHow many points expire in the next N days and how many members are affected. Remind them before they lose it.
