Vouchers & cards

A card in the wallet, an offer in the app.

Every member gets a scannable card number the moment they join, on plastic, on screen or both. Offers and vouchers are issued to the people who qualify, with limits you set.

A loyalty card should not need a second system.

Plastic cards printed by one supplier, voucher codes in a spreadsheet, app offers in a third tool. Each needs its own lookup at the till and its own reconciliation. Cards and offers belong on the member profile.

  • A card number for every memberEach member gets a 13-digit EAN-13 number as soon as they are created, with a prefix of your choice. Any barcode scanner already reads it, and you can print it on plastic or show it in your app.
  • Digital, physical or bothRecord whether a member carries a plastic card, a digital one or both. A customer with a plastic card can link it to their online account themselves.
  • Card design from your programmeProgramme name, logo and card colours are stored once and served to your app and site, so every channel draws the same card.
  • Four kinds of offerBonus points, points multipliers, vouchers with a code and coupons. Each has a start and end date and can be switched off at any time.
  • Limits that holdCap an offer’s total uses and the number of times one member can receive it. Issuing locks the offer, so two tills cannot hand out the last one at the same moment.
  • Only to the people who qualifyWrite eligibility rules on tier, balance, segment, tags, days since joining, days since last purchase, purchase amount, day of week and more. Test any rule against a real member before it goes live.
  • Shown where members lookMembers see their issued and available offers in your app or account page, and staff see the same list on the member profile.

Cards and offers on the member.

Your card, on plastic or on screen.

A scannable number on join, with your programme name, logo and colours.

Offers for the right people.

Eligibility rules on tier, segment, tags, activity and spend, tested before launch.

What your team sees.

  • Offer list filtered by type and status, with usage counts
  • Offer form: type, value, voucher code, total and per-member limits, date window
  • Issue an offer to a member from their profile
  • Rule evaluator: test eligibility against any member and purchase amount
  • Top offers report: issued versus redeemed
For developers

Eligibility rules are JSON with all, any and not, up to six levels deep. The evaluator returns a step-by-step trace so you can see which condition failed.

Vouchers & cards questions.

Not today. A voucher offer has one code, and limits control how often it is used.
