Art. 20 — Right to data portability

Receive a portable copy of your data.

Get your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format — and, where technically feasible, have it transmitted directly to another controller.

Under Article 20 of the GDPR you have the right to receive the personal data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and to have it transmitted to another controller where this is technically feasible.

What this right covers

  • Personal data you actively provided to us (e.g. profile, orders, preferences).
  • Processing based on consent or contract — not data we processed under other legal bases.
  • Data is delivered in JSON or CSV — structured, commonly used, machine-readable.
  • Where feasible, we can transmit the export directly to another platform.
