ERP sync and connections
Keep stock and pricing in step with your ERP — connections, profiles, field mappings, and scheduled runs.
If your ERP is your source of truth for stock and pricing, the sync system keeps your store in step with it automatically. It's configured under Imports & Sync.
How it fits together
- Connections — how Vendor reaches your ERP: HTTP, FTP, SFTP, local, or webhook. Credentials are encrypted.
- Profiles — an import or export job that uses a connection.
- Field mappings — line up your ERP's fields with Vendor's, with a sample preview of the first rows.
- Scheduled runs — run a profile on a schedule or on demand.
Set up a sync
Add a connection
Go to Imports & Sync → Sync Connections → Add and enter your ERP endpoint and credentials.
Create a profile
Under Sync Profiles, create an import or export profile on that connection.
Map the fields
Use the mapping canvas to match fields, then preview a sample to confirm the data lands where you expect.
Schedule it
Set the profile to run on a schedule, or trigger it on demand (manual runs are rate-limited per profile).
