Loyalty connects your store to your loyalty program so points and benefits follow the customer. Balances and points are read live from your loyalty/ERP gateway — Vendor doesn't store them locally, so the customer always sees the real number.
Cards
- Attach an existing card — a customer enters their barcode, which is verified against the gateway.
- Apply for a new card — the customer provides their details; a barcode is reserved and the card created in the program.
- One card per account — a barcode can't be attached to two accounts.
