Gift cards (vouchers) and B2B pricing

Issue store-credit vouchers with balances, and set customer-specific tier prices for business buyers.

Last updated: 6 min read

Two more pricing tools cover gifting and business customers: vouchers (store credit) and tier prices (per-customer pricing).

Vouchers

A voucher is a code with a money balance, created under Promotions → Vouchers. It starts in a pending-activation state and must be set to active before it can be redeemed. Balances support partial redemption — spend part now, and the rest carries to a future order.

  • Code — auto-generated (e.g. VC-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) or custom.
  • Amount and currency — the starting balance.
  • Status — only active vouchers are redeemable.
  • Optional validity window and recipient details (name, email, gift message).

B2B tier pricing

For business customers, set tier prices per customer and variation. These apply only to signed-in customers and are applied first — before any discounts or coupons — so each business sees its own negotiated price.
