Request access to your personal data.

Get a copy of the personal data we hold about you, why we process it, who we share it with, and how long we keep it.

Under Article 15 of the GDPR you have the right to confirm whether we process personal data about you and, if so, to access that data and receive a copy of it — together with information about why we process it, who we share it with, and how long we keep it.

What you'll receive

  • A copy of the personal data we hold about you in a readable format.
  • The purposes of our processing — what we use the data for.
  • Categories of personal data, recipients, and retention periods.
  • The source of the data if we did not collect it directly from you.
  • Information about automated decision-making, if any, that affects you.

    Acknowledgment

    We confirm receipt within 5 business days. If we need anything else from you to proceed, we ask in this message.

  2. 02

    Identity verification

    We match the request to a person in our systems. If we cannot verify your identity from what you provided, we will request a minimal additional proof — never more than strictly necessary.

  3. 03

    Substantive response

    We respond within 30 calendar days of verifying identity. If the request is complex or numerous we may extend by up to two additional months and will explain why within the original 30 days.

  4. 04

    Delivery

    We deliver your data in the format you chose, by secure download link. The link expires after 14 days for your protection.

Legal basis & retention

We process the personal data in this request only to handle it and to meet our obligations under Articles 12 and 15 of the GDPR. We keep a record of the request for 24 months in our compliance log; identity-verification material is deleted within 30 days of closing the request.
