Coslovemetics and Bebehome don't run two storefronts that happen to share an owner. They run one operational ecosystem, with a centralized ERP as the single source of truth and a loyalty platform that follows the customer across both brands.
The challenge
Running two distinct retail brands — cosmetics and baby products — usually means two of everything: two inventory systems, two pricing spreadsheets, two sets of numbers that never quite agree. As both stores grew and started winning awards, that duplication became the bottleneck. Stock and pricing lived in too many places, and keeping them in sync was manual, error-prone, and slow.
What they needed wasn't two better websites. It was one source of truth underneath both — a way to manage stock and pricing centrally and let each storefront simply reflect it, accurately, in real time.
What we did
We set them up on a custom tier built around the full Vendor ecosystem: the Vendor ERP as the centralized source of truth, the Vendor Loyalty platform layered across both brands, and the storefronts as fast, accurate windows onto that single system.
- Vendor ERP holds stock and pricing centrally — both storefronts read from one source of truth.
- The Vendor Loyalty platform spans both brands, so customers and points follow them across stores.
- Stock and pricing changes propagate automatically — no spreadsheets, no manual reconciliation.
- Each brand keeps its own identity and storefront while sharing one operational backbone.
- A custom tier that treats ERP, loyalty, and commerce as one connected system rather than bolted-together tools.
“We stopped running two stores and started running one ecosystem. That's when both brands really took off.”
The result
With a single ERP driving both storefronts, the day-to-day overhead of keeping two brands in sync simply disappeared — and the accuracy that came with it let both stores push harder on sales without fear of overselling or mispricing.
Both brands have since been recognised at the Macedonian Ecommerce Awards. The unified ecosystem didn't just make operations easier; it unlocked the full potential of each storefront, turning two good stores into a single, award-winning operation.
