A decade of experience.Thirty builders. One platform.
Engineers, designers, and operators have spent more than ten years building Vendor into the commerce system retailers run their stores on.

The story so far.
From the first promo to the conference circuit — the moments that shaped where Vendor is today.
Vendor's first public promo.
Before the customers, before the press, before the funding — a short video that put Vendor on the map for the first time. A platform built in Skopje, for retailers who needed more than a shop builder.
It's still our favorite piece of footage. The product has grown a lot since then; the conviction in the room has not.

E-Commerce Accelerate, Skopje.
Co-founder Boban Milosavleski took the stage at the E-Commerce Accelerate conference at the DoubleTree by Hilton Skopje — Vendor's first public introduction to the regional commerce community.
The pitch was simple: retailers in the region deserved a commerce platform built for how they actually operate, not a Western template stretched to fit. The room agreed.

Heads-down. Building.
Whiteboards covered in flow diagrams, customer review sessions, late-night fixes, weekly demos. The year nobody wrote about — the year that made everything else possible.
Inventory, checkout, payments, reporting, the admin — every pillar got the hours it deserved. Boring work, done right, compounding into a platform that wouldn't break under real traffic.
We'd been building heads-down for years. By 2023, the product was real, the customers were real — and we knew we needed partners who could move with us.

First investment, with Zephyr Angels.
Vendor closed its first investment round through the Zephyr Angels syndicate — capital to grow the engineering team, accelerate platform delivery, and bring more retailers onto a foundation built for the next decade.
More than a number on a wire transfer: a vote of confidence from operators who had seen plenty of commerce stories before, and chose to bet on this one.

Startup of the Month, by it.mk.
Vendor was featured by it.mk as Startup of the Month — recognized for how quickly retailers could launch a real online store on the platform, end to end.
Validation that the work we'd been quietly putting in — the boring pipeline stuff, the idempotent payments, the audit logs — translated into something visible to the outside world.

Balkan E-Commerce Conference, Sofia.
Vendor on stage at the Balkan E-Commerce Conference in Sofia — a regional moment, with retailers, partners, and operators from across the Balkans in the room.
Bigger market, bigger audience, same pitch: commerce infrastructure built for the way operators in this region actually run their stores.
Built by the people who showed up.
Some have been with us since the first whiteboard. Others passed through, left their mark, and moved on. All of them showed up — for customer calls, for code reviews, for the unglamorous work that doesn't make a press cycle.
Vendor exists because dozens of people chose to bet their time on a platform built somewhere most of the industry wasn't looking. We're grateful for every one of them — past, present, and the ones still to come.
