Audit log and account security
Track who changed what with the audit log, and keep your account secure with profile and security settings.

Two tools help you stay in control of your store: the audit log (what changed) and your account security settings (who can get in).
The audit log
Under Global Configuration → Audits, the audit log records create, update, and delete actions across products, prices, stock, categories, settings, users, and more — with the before/after values, who did it, and when. It's append-only and read-only, available to Administrators and Shop Managers.
Account security
- Manage your profile and contact details under My Account → My Profile.
- Update your password, sessions, and security options under My Account → Account Security.
- Use roles (see Team members and roles) to give each person only the access they need.
