Understanding your reports
The reports available — overview, time series, comparisons, breakdowns, and top products and customers.

Reports live under Sales & Reports → Reports. They're read-only views built from daily summaries, so they're fast and consistent. Every report takes a date range (start on or before end).
What you can see
- Overview — total orders, revenue, and conversion.
- Time series — daily, weekly, or monthly trends.
- Comparison — this period vs the previous one, with the difference.
- Breakdowns — by status, payment method, shipping method or carrier, store, country, or hour.
- Top lists — best-selling products, variations, brands, categories, and your highest-value customers.
- Customer lifetime — all-time totals per customer.
