A note from the founders.
Vendor is a privately held, founder-owned company built in Skopje. We funded the early years ourselves — over €200K of founder capital — then co-funded our pre-seed phase together with the Fund for Innovation and Technological Development (FITR) of North Macedonia, and took a €60K convertible loan from Zephyr Angels. We're building on durable unit economics rather than fundraising cycles, and expect to stay founder-led for the foreseeable future. This page exists to give existing and prospective investors an honest, current view of the business.
Ownership structure.
Vendor is founder-owned. Zephyr Angels' investment is a convertible loan that has not yet converted into equity, so it does not appear on the cap table. No employee option pool has been established yet.
