Importing your catalog

Moving from another platform? The import runner under Imports & Sync brings your catalog across without manual re-entry. It supports WooCommerce and Vendor v1 as sources.

Run an import

1. 1

   Start a run

   Go to Imports & Sync → Import Runs → Run Import and choose your source.

2. 2

   Enter credentials

   Provide the source URL and API credentials. They're encrypted and never shown back to you.

3. 3

   Choose scope

   Import everything or a subset — taxes, brands, categories, attributes, and products, with their links preserved.

4. 4

   Let it run

   The import runs in the background (pending → running → completed). You don't have to wait on the screen.
